The park has it’s own small lake with fishing which provides a beautiful tranquil setting for a stroll or perhaps a picnic on the banks. Some plots have direct lake views, whilst others are only a stone’s throw away.

Fresh bread and croissants can be ordered for the morning or an evening meal requested in the morning will be cooked to order. Mr Coulon, the owner, is also willing to collect clients from a local station wherever possible.

The park has a small well kept shop for essentials such as tinned food, fresh bread and wine and a snack bar with outdoor tables, chairs and parasols.

Whilst in the countryside, the park is only a short distance from the village of Guîtres and the larger town of Libourne, about 12 miles away.

For people wanting to ‘get away from it all’ and experience the beauty of rural France and mix with the French people this park could be the ideal location for a static holiday home in France. There is some English spoken on the park, however most of the park’s present customers are French.

Inspection Visits

These visits are generally 3 days in total and will ensure that you have the chance to fully investigate everything about your possible location in a friendly informative manner and most importantly, at a comfortable pace that suits you and offers NO PRESSURE whatsoever.
