Where would you rather be?
Thursday afternoon, 25th November 2010 and the snow fell in our region heavier than predicted. As you might have guessed, the roads became Strictly on Ice, houses were turned into snowball targets and even though the owner of Carefree Lifestyle spent 10 minutes wheel spinning his car into his parking spot, we are all at work watching the flakes descend and all feeling wintery and glum.
Then a phonecall from a client over at La Posada to find out how we are coping with the snow sealed it. We asked them, "How is the weather there?" and they replied "It's lovely and sunny over here, bit cloudy but only in patches."
So they emailed over a photo and we popped outside and took one ourselves and the resident office nerd turned it into the little comparison photo below. Your welcome to click on it to get the full sizeable effect. John may be smiling in the photo, but you can be assured it's through gritted teeth.
