Mobile Homes in Spain
Living in Spain is much more than just sun, sea and sand, although the major attraction to a Mobile Home lifestyle in Spain does remain the same! The Climate.
Climate
As Spain occupies a large landmass and has varied high plateaus and mountains, the influence of the Med and Atlantic produces varying climatic conditions such as Summers which are hot leading to a more outdoor lifestyle, relaxing on your decking and in the winter you will find milder weather, especially towards the south of the country. Temperatures can drop quite low but no where near the cold you can experience here in the UK.
The Costa Blanca for example has been featured by the World Health Organisation as having one of the healthiest climates in the world.
Although you are guaranteed good healthy weather, every country that expects to grow crops must have some rain to balance out the climate but Spain does not have enough to put people off living there and the Costas especially offers the best sun and sand coupled with the clear blue waters of the Mediterranean.
The Mediterranean region has the best climatic balance:
- 320 days of sunshine per year
- 11.5 hours of sunshine per day in summer
- 14 inches of rain per year
- Average spring temperature 7 to 27 degrees centigrade
- Average summer temperature 17 to 36 degrees centigrade
- Average autumn temperature 9 to 30 degrees centigrade
- Average winter temperature 1 to 23 degrees centigrade.
You can pretty much guarantee that when the UK and northern Europe is being battered by winds, snow and ice you will find that Alicante and Malaga are bathed in sunshine.
Whilst we know that a Mobile Home in Spain offers more than just a good healthy climate, this has to be one of the biggest draws to living there. It makes you feel good and equally important, it keeps the heating and domestic costs low. (Even lower in a mobile home!)
A Plethora of Lifestyle Choices
Whilst the Costas offer the most attractive locations, with long golden sandy coastlines, bustling towns, with shops and attractions and the inviting clear blue water of the Mediterranean, if you head inland you will be rewarded with a tranquility and calm you may not expect. Only a few miles inland, the high rise buildings are quickly left behind and replaced with small traditionally Spanish white walled villages and if you move further inland again, you will find yourself amongst gently rolling countrysides and lush green pastures. Spain really does offer something for everyone looking to enjoy a mobile home in Spain.
The People
The people in Spain are friendly, and if you have spent anytime there, you will have met with polite interactions. Having a little knowledge of the language and greeting people in this way goes a long way to establishing and maintaining good relationships. Living on a mobile home park in Spain offers you the best of both Spanish and English couples and families.
Medical Facilities
Among the best in Europe, and many new hospitals are staffed by highly qualified doctors and nurses, through privately funded resources. Even the chemist / pharmacy occupies a strong position in the medical structure of Spain, providing remedies for simple ailments and occasionally offering prescription medicine over the counter.
