The hotel and park was opened in 1986, initially for 'single unit' sized mobile homes. The park is well laid out with bushes and trees lining the well maintained tarmac roadways. The park has been designed for people who wish to retire to the sunshine, or at least spend the winter there. The nearby small village of Mollina is famous for producing wine, olive oil and vegetables.
Mollina is just a 15 minute drive from the beautiful ancient town of Antequera in the heart of Andalucia. Saydo Park is just 30 minutes away from Malaga and Granada, 75 minutes from Seville and 90 minutes from Cordoba. With excellent train and bus services, the location is perfect for those who want to live with the local people, yet within easy reach of the cities, beaches and attractions this beautiful part of Spain has to offer.
The park owners live on-site and are dedicated to keeping it to the highest standards. An outdoor olympic-sized pool is available for most of the year with a large indoor pool available year-round. A bar and restaurant are within the hotel and are available for resident's use. Entry is via electronically operated security gates.
The Plots
The Carefree Lifestyle plots are large enough for 'twin unit' sized lodges. They are already prepared with concrete bases and connections for electricity, water and drainage.
The plots would be ideal for the new Willerby 'New Hampshire' and 'New England' lodges or various models by manufacturers such as Tingdene.
