At Carefree Lifestyle, we understand your apprehension and have always maintained a ‘no-hassle, no pressure’ approach to both our mobile home Spain | France | Portugal sales and our visits.

What we didn’t realise until talking to our customers, was that many people were coming prepared for the high pressure approach they’d read or had been warned about and were waiting in dread for it to begin! They were pleased, but quite confused, when it never happened!

In response to this, we’ve ‘gone public’ with our ‘no pressure guarantee’, where we promise:

• No persistent unwanted phone calls. We might call to answer a question, to give some extra information or to check you’ve received something, but we won’t call when we don’t need to.

• No pressure-selling. Our visits are informal affairs, planned around your needs. We firmly believe that our satisfied customers are our best sales people. We’d rather not make a sale than have an unhappy client. Read what our clients think in the right-hand column.

• No endless marketing. We’ll send you an occasional newsletter to let you know what we’re doing. If you decide you don’t want any more contact, please let us know and we’ll happily take you off our list. By the way, we’ll never share your details with anyone else.
