Sant Jordi (Maestrat Park) has sent us the 2011 rental details and we include them below. The Half Price rent for life offer is still available for the next 5 homes on the park, and even past that a decent rental agreement is in place for the foreseeable future.

Half Price Rent For Life Offer

The 5 Mobile homes sited on the park next will be eligible for the half price annual rent offer at Sant Jordi. This means that if you pay 5 years rent (at half price) up front, you will be able to pay €2000 per year, every year! No increases and a fantastic location and park for a very very low rent! - This is for a 200 SqM plot which is a great size for any single unit home including the ever popular Cambrian Millbrook 42ft x 14ft

On the same deal for a larger plot ideal for twin unit homes such as the new affordable lodge, The Plantation, you could be paying €2500 per year! For 300 SqM.

Good Rental Agreement

For the next 5 to 10 homes after the half price rent offer ends, Sant Jordi is offering a reduced rent of €3240 per year which is excellent for the facilities and location of the mobile home park in Spain.

Sant Jordi, near Vinaros, Costa del Azahar

This park is a new development about 10 miles inland from the towns of Vinaros and Benicarlo. The park is officially open now with all roads, drainage and electric connections finished and the clubhouse/reception building and pool almost ready. The pool is a good size with views over the surrounding countryside.

The park itself is in a countryside location, yet only a mile and a half from the village of Sant Jordi with a range of shops and bars. The plots are a generous 200 square metres and can accommodate larger twin sized mobile homes if desired. Many of the plots have stunning uninterrupted views over the countryside and we are sure these are the ones which will be most sought after. The plots have plenty of room for decking and car parking.

Nearby

The nearest beaches are at Vinaros, only a few minute’s drive from the park. Vinaros is a large lively town with a full range of shops and supermarkets.

Further down the coast you will find the historic town of Peniscola with it’s ancient castle, famous for the setting of the 1961 film ‘El Cid’. The town has many narrow alleyways with a range of quaint shops, bars and restaurants serving the region’s famous paella dishes.

From Peniscola, miles of golden sandy beaches stretch north past Benicarlo.

Further south, Castello, Valencia and Benidorm can be visited. Vinaros is also on the main railway line, making Valencia only 1.5 hrs away or Barcelona only 2 hours by high speed train.

Inspection Visits

These mobile home in Spain visits are generally 3 days in total and will ensure that you have the chance to fully investigate everything about your possible location in a friendly informative manner and most importantly, at a comfortable pace that suits you.

The itinerary for the 3 days will be tailored to your requirement as everybody is different and have totally different priorities. This will be as busy or as relaxed as you wish.
